SBB Engineering collaborated with Shawnee County and Terracon on the SE Croco Pavement Replacement Project. The existing concrete pavement was severely deteriorated due to heavy truck traffic and D-cracking. The project offered a bid alternate for either 9” concrete or 10” asphalt pavement on a 12” cement-treated subgrade. SBB, alongside Terracon, conducted the construction inspection. The project was completed on schedule in the summer of 2022 without any change orders.
