Administrative Office Assistant
Position Summary
This team member will assist the Office Manager with supporting day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is dependable, genuinely cares about their work, enjoys helping others, and is willing to learn and grow with our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, running errands
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
- Support project teams with formatting, proofreading, and assembling reports or proposals
- Assist with office supply ordering
- Assist Project Engineer with project permitting, applications, online submittals, etc.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations
Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in business/office administration is preferred
- Prior administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities with attention to detail
