Administrative Office Assistant

Position Summary

 

This team member will assist the Office Manager with supporting day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate is dependable, genuinely cares about their work, enjoys helping others, and is willing to learn and grow with our team.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Provide general administrative support including filing, scanning, data entry, document preparation, running errands
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors
  • Support project teams with formatting, proofreading, and assembling reports or proposals
  • Assist with office supply ordering
  • Assist Project Engineer with project permitting, applications, online submittals, etc.
  • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to ensure smooth office operations

 

Experience 

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or degree in business/office administration is preferred
  • Prior administrative or office support experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
  • Strong organizational skills and time management abilities with attention to detail
